In future, 3 Dimensions Geographic information System (3D GIS) should support the temporal dimensions modeling and manage all three components efficiently. It is difficult for current 3D Visualization software to deal with temporal phenomenon. An spatio-temporal data model is proposed in this paper, this data model take geometry-data, space moving data and inside action data of the object into account comprehensively.
